Athletic Shoes That I Recommend
There are too many shoes to keep track of this year but these are a few that I suggest you consider. I will mention a few shoes that I believe you will all like and that are extremely comfortable when wearing. Some of these shoes are from Nike and others from Adidas. These will also not be outrageously expensive, most expensive being around $200. I have owned all of these shoes and can personally tell you that they are all quality shoes and well worth their value. First, I will begin with my favorite pair so far and they are the Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit. These shoes as I mentioned in the other post, are the most comfortable shoes of my collection so far. They have air bubbles on the bottom that makes it feel like you are running on clouds. The rubber outsole on the heel help with durability and add for comfort as well. They simply feel like you are bouncing when you are running. The Flyknit material makes them lightweight and feel like you are in your socks while running. There are many color ways, I opted for the all black ones, and they are also available for customization. The Nike innovators got rid of the midsole on this shoe so that you can really feel the air underneath the shoe. They explain it as pressure builds when you are stepping on the shoe and the pressure releases when your foot comes off the ground creating a bouncy feel when you are running. These shoes will have you running for miles without your feet getting tired or sore.
Secondly, I recommend the Nike Air Max 270. These shoes are perfect for running or walking. They are specifically for running but they feel just as fine if walking at a fast pace. These shoes introduce the biggest heel air unit for Nike and provides the perfect fit for your foot, it looks great as well. They also come in many colorways so you can choose which color looks best and they allow your foot to breathe as well. These shoes are very flexible and your feet do not get tired after wearing them for a while. You can wear them all day and not give a thought to your feet about comfortability. These shoes are also offered in the Flyknit material to allow more ventilation for your foot and allow it to stay cool when it is hot outside. I bought a pair of these shoes for my mom because her job requires her to walk a lot and she enjoys them so much. Her feet do not ache as much as the other shoes she had, because she had flat shoes that add strain to your feet after a while. She enjoys them and wears them on a daily basis.
Thirdly, these shoes have been around forever but they are a classic, the Nike Air Force ones. These shoes were the most popular when I was in high school and not because they were comfortable like the other shoes I mentioned but because they were affordable, right at the one-hundred-dollar mark, but because they were extremely white. These shoes make your whole outfit stand out and you could wear them with anything and they would look nice. These shoes have so many colorways that I cannot keep track of them. I prefer the white ones because they stand out the most but I have seen just about every color on this shoe. It has been around forever and will continue to be a classic for Nike for years to come. These shoes are made of leather so it is smart to get the ForceFields and go a half size bigger so that you have enough room for the insert and your foot. ForceFields I explained in one of my other posts. These shoes seem stiff when you first wear them but they do “break in.” Not the most comfortable shoe at first but once they set in, very normal everyday shoe.
Fourthly, the first Adidas shoes that I recommend are the NMD XR1 running shoe. These shoes are great for running because they are very lightweight and have a mesh material all around the shoe which allow your foot to breath. They have very good traction and durability because of the rubber outsole and they also provide a heel cage. The heel cage is perfect for the shoe because it helps the shoe fir perfectly to your foot. When running in these you will not feel the strain on your feet from all the impact and instead you will feel comfortable with every step you take. Like with every shoe that I have mentioned, these come in a variety of colors so you can choose which best interests you. These are very easy to clean as well with the Jason Markk shoe cleaner that I mentioned in my other post. I have been cleaning them frequently because the mesh material seems to get dirty easily but all the stains come off, they look good as new after each time I clean them. In addition, the last shoe I recommend is the Cloudfoam Racer TR shoes from Adidas. These shoes are fairly new in my collection and one of my favorites from Adidas. These are meant for the outdoor runners and provide great comfortability, as with any shoe I mention. When I saw that these shoes had the Cloudfoam cushioning I had to try them out because I had never heard of this before. I was not disappointed when I got to the store to try these out. As I mentioned these shoes are great for running on trails outside on through the neighborhood and they do ache your feet like most shoes do when you run on trails or concrete. They are also made of mesh material so that your foot can breathe and rubber outsole for durability. In conclusion, these are my favorite shoes of 2018 so far and I will continue to post new pickups as I find shoes that suit my needs.
